Dear HEART,  My prayer is that you have the courage to work on your health this year.  As I get older, the more I see what it takes to take care of this temple the Lord has given.  As I get older, the more I understand that if I don’t take care of this temple, I won’t be able to see my grandchildren, I won’t be able to serve people, I won’t be able to take care of my family, I won’t be able to take His Good News to others.  Homeschooling mama, you usually come last but self-care should come first in order for you to do all the things God has for you to do.  This is the mission of THRIVE at HEART Academy, helping mamas respect the temple of the Holy Spirit.  Love Crissi Train Heal Restore Intentional Vibrant Empower
