Dear Eureka! Honor Society and interested families,
Thank you to those of you who attended our last meeting on the topic of finding and nurturing your passions!
Our next meeting will cover a very popular, practical topic–navigating the community college system. Homeschooling in 2018 is quite a hybrid of educational options–co-ops and academies, study at home, online courses, working with a tutor or small localized classes, and taking courses at a community college. We’ll discuss the ins and outs of community college courses – how to know if you’re ready, how to choose classes, and how to make the most of this opportunity. In addition to students and parents seeking advice and tips, we would love to hear from students who have already taken one or more community college courses–so please come if you can!
