FOOD – We’ll eat together starting at 4:15-5:15. Bring something to share for about 10 people:) Please bring the following by last name: A-I Main Dish, J-U Side Dish, V-Z Dessert.
Visit 2019-2020 teachers & classes – Do you have questions about next year’s classes? Want to meet next year’s teachers? Teachers will be available to answer questions and talk about their classes for next year starting at 5:30 pm-6:30. Come and take a look at their curriculum/display and meet them personally!
New Families Orientation – If you have a family friend that would like to get more information about HEART, there is an orientation at 6:00-6:45 inside the sanctuary!
HEART’s in- formal graduation – We are celebrating with ours seniors & 8th graders and their families with an informal graduation inside the sanctuary! .
HIGHLIGHTING OUR TEACHERS – I’d like students and parents to think about the different classes you are taking and then pray about sharing a 1 minute testimony of why you like the teacher and the class, what amazing things your learned, what characteristics you like about them, which class you were a part of. This showcases their special love for their students and families, starting at 7:45.
FUN WE will have the privilege of watching special class performances at 8:00 pm featuring different students – some are silly, some thought-provoking – all a testimony of the special activities that happened during 2019-2020! For some classes, a display of the student’s work will be set up in the back area, also. Displays and performance will come from: HEARTbeat Worship Band, Martial Arts, Spanish Class, Piano, Guitar, Youth Theater Project, Choir, American Sign Language, Worship Dance and more!
FELLOWSHIP Before and after the program, you can meet some the families at HEART and fellowship with a new / returning family! We hope you can join us!
