Countywide Used Curriculum Sale 2023

DONATION: $3 Entrance Fee for Buyers, $5 for Sellers (Venue Rent & Admin Fee)

Buyers:
- You will be stamped once we receive your $3

- 9:00 am – Sale Begins, please no early birds 😉
- Wagons and carts are allowed
- Curriculum, Toys, Clothing and other items sold.
- Children must be directly supervised by the parent at ALL times.
- Make Payment directly to each individual seller and bring cash in small bills.
- Snacks to be sold at and proceeds go to our drama program, Countywide Youth Theater Production. We take cash or Zelle, Venmo or Paypal.
- Lots of Parking!
- Curious about HEART Academy? We will have a HEART Academy Orientation for new families interested in the fall classes in San Jose from 10:00-10:30 inside the HEART Academy Tent. A HEART Academy Table will have information about the fall classes.
- Are you overwhelmed with life? If you need prayer, moms will also be available to pray with you at the HEART Academy table.
Sellers:

- All our spots are for parking lot only. You can sell from your car or bring your own tables, chairs, canopy, umbrellas, hat – it will be in the upper 80s that day. Bring your own cash in small bills. Come at 8:00 to set up and then you can go shopping at 8:30 am. Buyers will come at 9 am.
- To reserve your spot, Please pay through Zelle or Paypal and send to heartacademysj@gmail.com. You can pay through Venmo to @criselda-allen
- You can also wait to pay until the day but you must still reserve your space by sending me an email back.
- Once I receive an email from you, I will send you a confirmation email.
