Course Description:  This is a class designed to involve you in the activities of essential oil chemistry and supplements as it pertains to hormonal health for women. This class is open to anyone who has an intentional desire to cleanse and restore their hormones to optimum health.  In order to be able to understand this text, the student needs to purchase the book, “The Essentials Oils Hormone Solution,” by Dr. Mariza Snyder

In this class you will:

  1. Learn the science and vocabulary of hormones and essential oils
  2. Study hormones and how to address them with whole foods supplements and essential oils
  3. Implement the 14-Day Rescue Meal Plan to Jump-Start Your Hormonal Health in January

  5. Recognize God’s hand in the uniqueness of using whole foods and essential oils

This course is designed as a women’s hormone course and gives the student a rigorous foundation in the chemistry of essential oils and supplements, in order to prepare her to succeed in finding a solution to her specific hormone situation. The students will develop an understanding of the role that plant-based medicine plays in their everyday lives.  It is my goal to enable students to be successful in reclaiming energy and focus and losing weight naturally.

Course Requirements

A willingness to learn how to apply plant-based medicine and whole foods for a healthy hormonal life.

This subject will require coming to class every Friday and taking notes

Participation in the 14-Day Rescue Meal Plan in January.

Students should always bring the following to every class:

  • Textbook
  • Student notebook 

Caveat:  I have been trained in the products of doTERRA, International so of course, I will be talking about them especially in the context of hormonal health.  Dr. Mariza will talk about health from a general point of view and not through any specific organization.  

For success in restoring balance to your hormones, you must have the required products on hand during the 14-Day Rescue Meal Plan in January:  Lifelong Vitality Pack, Bone Nutrient, Phytoestrogen, Clary Calm – please let me know if you need them and I’ll show you how.  We will be making DIY hormone recipes of essential oils every week for you to take home!

About Your Mentor-Teacher – Crissi Allen is an Encourager, Educator, and Empowerer. Currently, she is the founder and director of an educational homeschool co-op, HEART Academy in San Jose, California. She finds it great joy helping parents capture the hearts of their children, helping parents finding their children’s God-given passions early in life, creating heart-felt community, partnering and empowering with hundreds of families!   Within HEART Academy is a ministry called Youth Theater Project which produces three theatrical plays per year. It is a joy for her to help homeschoolers connect through HEART Academy. She has been a mom-entrepreneur for 40 years building businesses to benefit her community and her family. Crissi loves encouraging parents in helping them to create a legacy of entrepreneurship and time-money freedom for generations to come.

In addition, she is a Certified Holistic Health Coach teaching moms and dads to take care of stewarding their spirit, soul and body.  Crissi graduated from San Jose State University, majoring in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Sociology & Anthropology). She and her husband, Jere, homeschooled both their children through high school for a total of 20 years.
