Come out and have a joyful time sorting food items and/or assisting the recipients.

You can put your Spanish to good use as well. Our monthly food closet will be Wednesday, August 21st, 9-2pm. Would anyone like to come and serve with us? Any length of time is workable. Lunch and snacks are served by fellow volunteers for all the workers. There are tasks suitable for small children through elderly. We are always in need of older stronger tweens through middle age. It’s a small operation with many kind elderly volunteers at West Gate South Hills in Almaden. 6601 Camden Avenue, San Jose, CA 408-268-1676 Please note all recipients of food must be pre-registered with Marilyn Fidler, West Gate Church in advance.
